We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.We're Hiring an Integration Business Analyst in Morrisville, NC!Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform integrations of Xylem solutions with Utility customers and 3rd party systems</li><li>Coordinate activities and ensure effective and timely communication of project requirements and milestones to all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrate basic problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility</li><li>Ensure projects are documented, prioritized and executed to address program/project requirements</li><li>Proactively develop innovative approaches, risk mitigation strategies and assist in continuous improvement</li><li>Maintain a current understanding of core Xylem applications</li><li>Understand the flow of information from the meter to external systems</li><li>Act as a liaison between business users, software engineering and distributor partners</li><li>Assist in maintaining the current integration and training materials on Confluence.  Communicate updates to integration and training material to the appropriate parties within Sensus.</li><li>Assist as needed in other Professional Services efforts</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent Planning, Project management and organizational skills - the ability to manage many projects at varying stages of progress.</li><li>Strong requirements gathering skills – The ability to accurately document a customer’s concerns or requests for functionality, including use case development and Statements of Work (SOW)</li><li>Excellent Communication skills - the ability to communicate project requirements, statuses and training content to the Utility, Distributors and Vendors.</li><li>The ability to multitask and handle many ongoing projects at once.</li><li>Understanding of database query, spreadsheet and word processing software with the ability to quickly learn new tools</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations (REST, SOAP)</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to take on responsibility and function under minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to work with wide range of people, in several locations</li><li>Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Information Technology field.</li><li>2 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role</li><li>2 years’ customer facing experience (desired)</li></ul>Travel:<ul><li>Up to 20%</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
