The Quality Manager is responsible for iterating on and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as it relates to the industrial product market and implementing measures to achieve a flawless launch of a cutting-edge product on an accelerated timeline in order to be the first to market as well as obtain product leadership.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure all products consistently meet defined specifications, actively promoting a Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) mindset.</li><li>Develop and sustain / foster a Problem-solving culture.</li><li>Solid Problem-Solving skills a must, experience in 8D, Shainin Red-X or similar preferred.</li><li>Lead Quality event Root Cause/Corrective Action investigation and timely resolution.</li><li>Develop, mentor, and empower a growing team responsible for internal quality assurance, process improvement, and supplier and customer quality management.</li><li>Develop, utilize, and maintain critical quality documentation, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Quality Plans, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
