About the roleThe Office Executive will support the team in the ongoing Port &amp; Maritime Project in Chattogram, Bangladesh (IE for PCT PPP Project). This role will handle the document control, record-keeping, and assist in office administration. The goal is to facilitate the regular record keeping, document control etc. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Support day to day administrative functions of the project office</li><li>Maintain a proper online &amp; offline document control system for the project documents</li><li>Maintain various registers / cash counts</li><li>Assist in office facilities maintenance</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor degree in any discipline</li><li>Ability to maintain effective project documentation &amp; keep accurate records of critical project incidents / issues</li><li>Support administrative functions of an office</li><li>Knowledge of standard document control &amp; management systems</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of MS office (mainly Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of data privacy, and confidentiality</li></ul>We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
