Additionally, this position is responsible for daily operational activities that support the goals and direction of the department.  </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Job Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Receiving materials, physically and systematically, to be used in production operations and engineering projects.</li><li>Physically and systematically moving approved materials to support production and engineering demands as well as supporting internal operations of the warehouse.</li><li>Assist in physically and systematically moving non-conforming materials and materials pending inspection within quality guidelines.</li><li>Point-of-use parts replenishment for internal production and projects, including support of part requests, kanbans, work orders, sales orders, material transfers (MTs), special projects, etc.</li><li>Performing varying systematic transactions within Velo3D’s ERP system.</li><li>Complying with materials management policies and processes, including First In, First Out (FIFO) material rotations, 5S, Safety, Good Documentation and Warehouse Practices, etc.</li><li>Participating in daily cycle counting.</li><li>Operating powered material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, electric pallet jacks).</li><li>Communicating via e-mail the status of material movements and transactions to key stakeholders (when appropriate).</li><li>Become knowledgeable on all key tasks performed within the warehouse.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Possess high school degree or GED.</li><li>2+ years of material handling/warehousing/logistics operational experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with peers and internal customers, both verbally and written.</li><li>Inventory control experience (cycle counting, physical inventories, etc.) preferred.</li><li>Experience and/or certification in operating powered material handling equipment preferred.</li><li>Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.) is required.</li><li>Experience with computer systems (Microsoft Office, NetSuite, PLM, etc.) preferred.</li><li> Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and internal customers.</li></ul><br><div><b>About the Company:</b></div><div> </div><div>Velo, Velo3D, Sapphire and Intelligent Fusion are registered trademarks of Velo3D, Inc.
