Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:  The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments and employee expense reimbursements. They will assist with the management of corporate credit and virtual cards and will support the month-end close activities.  You Will:  <ul><li>Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments  </li><li>Identification and documentation of root causes of payment delays &amp; payment errors as well as implementation of corrective actions working in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving </li><li>Assist with managing the credit card program including new credit or virtual card set up, fraud monitoring, and monthly statement review and posting </li><li>Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with the Travel &amp; Expense policy </li><li>General ledger accounting tasks including but not limited to the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable, certain accruals, and other relevant accounts </li><li>Assistance with external financial statement audits </li><li>Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations including the preparation of the annual 1099 filings </li><li>Identification and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements </li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>2+ years of experience in end-to-end accounts payable process. </li><li>Proven experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. </li><li>Hands-on expertise with Tipalti and/or Ramp. </li><li>Ability to process no less than 200 invoices per week. </li></ul>#LI-Onsite <div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
