You are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, working across a cross-functional team in support of our global customer base.It is preferred that the individual hired for this role be based within the San Francisco Bay Area. You are able to work with hardware (e.g wheels, brakes, batteries), power (e.g. charging, motors), electronics (e.g. GPS, bluetooth, cameras), firmware (e.g. lock/unlock algorithms), and in-app experience.</li><li>Passionate.
