This is a critical hybrid role where you will directly conduct high-impact research and build the operational framework that enables the entire Product organization to effectively leverage and create user insights. You will act as a force multiplier, not only leading key studies from ideation through release but also operationalizing research processes, capabilities, and our tool stack to empower Product Designers, Product Managers, and Product Marketing Managers to conduct quality research autonomously. Your role reports directly to the Head of Design and will be essential in scaling our practice while strategically adopting new technologies like AI to maximize research efficiency.</span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>1. Research Execution &amp; Insight Generation</b></li><li><b> Lead End-to-End Research: </b>Conduct a wide range of research projects, from problem definition, recruiting, and planning, to executing interviews, usability tests, and surveys. This will cover mostly user research, and sometimes marketing research.</li><li><b>Collaborate Across the Organization:</b> Partner closely with Product, Design, and other teams in the wider organization on core product studies to ensure research insights address critical business questions across the company.</li><li><b>Synthesize &amp; Advocate:</b> Analyze insights and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences (Product, Design, Marketing), ensuring research directly informs product strategy and development decisions.</li><div><br></div><li><b>2. Research Operations &amp; Democratization </b></li><li><b>Own Participant Management:</b> Own and manage the end-to-end participant process, including screening, scheduling, incentive distribution, and communication, ensuring compliance and a positive participant experience.</li><li><b>Build the Knowledge Foundation: </b>Design, implement, and maintain the Research Repository (e.g. Confluence) to centralize, tag, and make all research findings highly accessible and searchable across the organization.</li><li><b>Enable the Teams: </b>Support product teams with the necessary operational support, strong processes, training and tool stack to enable them to confidently and effectively conduct their own tactical research.</li><li><b>Define Standards:</b> Establish and document best practices and standards for research artifact creation, archiving, and synthesis.</li><div><br></div><li><b>3.
