You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment – intake meetings, sourcing strategy and execution, interviews, negotiating offers, and closing. You will be a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers on closing strategies, talent trends, and best practices. You will also drive Radiant’s university recruitment program to attract top students. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, are skilled in identifying and closing the top 5% of talent in their respective fields, and take extreme ownership over their work. The ideal candidate also has experience supporting a diverse set of skillsets and roles and are is comfortable recruiting both entry level and senior talent across technical and corporate functions.
