<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the Director, Conventional Accounting, the Settlements Analyst is responsible for managing the revenue billing and accounts receivable process for large utility-scale solar and wind plants, understanding contractual stipulations associated with “price” and “quantity” (as these inputs drive settlement activity), and managing documents and ensuring regulatory compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.  This position is also responsible for managing shadow settlements for various ISOs (independent system operators).  This role collaborates internally with the Accounting team, Asset Management team, and Energy Risk Management team and externally with customers and other third parties.</p><p>If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications but see yourself contributing, please submit your resume.</p><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2><ul><li>Energy settlements experience with complex structured transactions and RTO/ISO Settlements, and a fundamental understanding of energy trading risk management (ETRM) systems.
