Your mission We are looking for an Technical Implementation Manager (f/m/d) who will technically support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:<ul><li>Oversee the technical implementation of supply chain risk management solutions, guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers</li><li>Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise</li><li>Collaborate closely with Customer Success &amp; Implementation Manager to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines</li><li>Continuously improve the technical implementation process through automations and quality gate creation to ensure data quality and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.</li></ul> Your profile Must-haves:<ul><li>Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms</li><li>Advanced SQL skills or propensity to learn</li><li>Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.</li><li>Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment</li><li>Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken</li><li>Valid work permit for Austria</li></ul>Bonus points for:<ul><li>Script type programming languages like javascript or python</li><li>Experience in a SaaS &amp; digital solutions companies</li><li>Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)</li><li>Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment</li></ul> What we offer you What You Can Expect: <ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent.
