Your mission We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Office Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, administrative support, and day-to-day business operations in a dynamic international environment. <ul><li>Assist with front desk duties: welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing mail</li><li>Support the coordination of office supplies, deliveries, and inventory</li><li>Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements</li><li>Maintain and update internal documentation and filing systems</li><li>Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees</li><li>Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the office team</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? <ul><li>Currently enrolled in a relevant MBO/HBO/University program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus</li><li>Proactive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li></ul> Why us?
