<p>AECOM is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our San Diego office. The Senior Technical Coordinator will support a large airport program and work as part of an integrated team. The primary scope includes coordination and review of architectural design and construction elements of tenant improvement projects.</p><ul><li>Conduct the Design Review process for all project related deliverables with stakeholders, including but not limited to organizing stakeholder engagement process, review comment process, page turn process and comment reconciliation process.</li><li>Organize weekly design reviews with stakeholders including but not limited to preparing presentations, meeting with tenant designers and contractors and presenting it to stakeholders in collaboration with tenant designers and contractors. Participate in project coordination and design review meetings to identify interfaces and coordination requirements.</li><li>Support project manager in tracking project budgets, cost estimates and project schedules. Assist in project schedule status reporting by evaluating project progress. Manage timeliness of responses from all parties.</li><li>Review tenant prepared design and deliverables, design changes, submittals, and RFIs related to the trade package’s coordination and conformance to the project/ program requirements.</li><li>Address Operations and Maintenance issues in the design, including issues that may interfere with operations or maintainability of facilities and utilities.</li><li>Review design documents for compliance with Airport Authority’s A&amp;E Requirements, guidelines and standards.</li><li>Compile and maintain project records and documents including for coordination with other departments and agencies.</li><li>Assist in preparation of project data and information for Authority management and external governmental communication.</li><li>Coordinate implementation of work with Authority Revenue Generation and Partnership Development (RGPD) and Airline Relations Departments based on terms of tenant lease agreements.</li><li>In coordination with Tenant Project Manager (PM) and Assistant, draft letters, process change requests and collect documents required for scope of work.</li><li>Provide support in preparation and distribution of meeting announcements. Prepare agendas and meeting notes. Lead project meetings and follow-ups for assigned tasks.</li><li>Provide oversight of Tenant’s AHJ permit submissions. Confirm work is complete for permit submittal and that review schedule and comment resolution efforts are on track.</li><li>Support construction with Authority Construction Management Inspectors, Safety and Security Departments with monitoring design and construction progress against the project parameters. Participate in pre-construction, safety, and construction progress meetings.</li><li>Review and monitor to ensure RFIs, submittals, and field changes are addressed in a timely manner.</li><li>Support Tenant PM and Assistant in project close-out.</li><li>Contribute to the advancement of ADC’s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders.</li></ul>
