In this role, you will combine daily coordination, practical problem-solving, and collaboration across the facility to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Location: The location for the position is SustainableTechnology Hub, Vaasa.    What you will be doing: <ul><li>Coordinate the Electricians' daily work</li><li>Organize the work around the dynamic production schedule</li><li>Participate in, or lead facility improvement projects</li><li>Be the owner of teams' work list</li><li>Be the line manager for the team</li><li>Write work instructions, risk assessments and work permits for electrical work</li><li>Interact with and assist many relevant stakeholders with emerging challenges</li><li>Ensure maintenance of electrical systems is performed as planned</li><li>Manage 5s and tidiness of the electrical working areas</li><li>Ensure safety of electrical work and systems  </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience in leading or guiding electrical work</li><li>Experienced electrician or electrical engineer, Bsc or Msc</li><li>Preferably 10+ years of work experience</li><li>Good command in Finnish.
