<div> JOB TITLE:  Finished Goods Technician                                                              AUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to the Finished Flower Coordinator, with additional oversight from the Assistant Finished Goods Manager, Finished Goods Manager and Director of Production</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Check with Lead  / Coordinator for daily schedule</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Set up work station for scheduled task</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">QC, Grind, Repair, Package, Thump, Crown, Heat seal / Tamper proof according to task</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Keep all strains organized and labeled accordingly</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Properly fill out an accountability card and hand it in at the end of every shift. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Perform visual quality control inspections of flower and packaged product</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work space / GVS is to be cleaned anytime you leave the room (breaks, bathroom etc.), during each strain and at the beginning and end of every day. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Transfer finished product to appropriate designated rack</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">On occasion you may be asked to cross train or help in other departments/positions (Flower Processing)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Restock and check inventory levels of supplies as it relates to the Finished Goods processes (Packaging, Pre-roll, Labeling, Grind, Thump, Dutch Crown)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects may be assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and     humidity</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods</li></ul> </div>
