Our goal is to provide one-stop purchasing capability, world-wide customer support, and the technical expertise to solve our customer's toughest challenges.  A Sea of Solutions…..One Supplier.For more information, visit our website at <a href="http://www.teledynemarine.com/">www.teledynemarine.com</a>.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and operate transfer molding presses according to procedures.</li><li>Extraction of rubber molded parts from molds and mold assembly.</li><li>Dimensional verifications of molded components and mold tooling.</li><li>Kitting of raw material to work orders, raw material preparation, and data entry.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the work area and equipment safe, clean, and organized.</li><li>Must communicate daily with planner and supervisor to assure scheduled deliveries.</li><li>Play an active role in regards to “Lean” processes by working and communicating with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Peers to identify and implement ways to improve process flow.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year molding experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.</li><li>Experience in an Engineer-to-Order atmosphere preferred.</li><li>Machining and/or molding experience preferred.</li></ul>Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Commitment to world class quality standards and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proven ability to read and understand blueprints.</li><li>Proven ability to read and understand part acceptance criteria and procedures.</li><li>Well organized and multi tasked self-starter.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer programs such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.</li></ul>  Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).************************What can Teledyne offer YOU?
