This position is located at the Kemerton Lithium Processing Plant in the Southwest of Western Australia.What You Will Do<ul><li>Develop and implement a Health and Safety management system in the workplace, in accordance with established regulatory requirements, as well as Albemarle policies, directives and guidelines</li><li>Provide oversight and direction to ensure operational activities are compliant with regulations, guidelines, procedures, and industry standards.  This requires inspections, evaluations, risk assessments and the development of procedures to ensure the hazards associated with these activities are controlled</li><li>Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law; establish internal plant wide policies, and review and update as necessary to ensure compliance</li><li>Monitor current and future legal and other requirements applicable within operations and planned operational changes or new equipment/processes.
