Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.*This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assignedPosition Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Audit employee expense reports and documentation for compliance with the Travel &amp; Expense (T&amp;E) policy.</li><li>Monitor aged items and missing receipts in Emburse, including those from terminated employees.</li><li>Serve as the main contact for Emburse inquiries, offering guidance and support for issue resolution.</li><li>Support the Corporate T&amp;E Lead with employee training, system improvements, and audit rule enhancements for accurate expense reporting.</li><li>Prepare and organize documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.</li><li>Resolve non-compliant expense issues with employees and escalate to management when appropriate.</li><li>Follow up on uncashed checks with Accounts Payable and employees.</li><li>Manage employee bank setup and vendor record maintenance in CMIC to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High School Diploma and two years of business school (accounting or bookkeeping), or equivalent experience and training.</li><li>2 years of experience with Travel &amp; Expense platforms such as Emburse, Concur, or similar.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Experience with CMIC, RAMCO, or other construction management software is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.</li><li>Customer service mindset with a focus on user support and training.</li><li>Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including Accounting, AP, and AR.</li><li>Knowledge of audit procedures and internal controls.</li><li>Highly organized with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.</li></ul>SOLV Energy Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt SOLV Energy we celebrate the power of our differences.
