The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, propulsion, thermodynamics, object-oriented programming (preferably in Python), and design optimization. This role requires the ability to apply engineering fundamentals to develop and refine advanced propulsion concepts that align with Whisper Aero’s commitment to efficiency and low noise. Additional expertise in areas such as software development, airfoil or cascade design, aeroacoustics, parametric geometry generation, CAD, and low- to mid-fidelity aero/propulsion analysis tools is highly valued. Experience with CFD and propulsion system integration will further distinguish candidates ready to contribute to the next generation of quiet, efficient aerospace propulsion.What You’ll Do Support the design of Whisper Aero’s propulsion technology.
