You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the growth of our data science capabilities.You will be expected to leverage your technical expertise in machine learning, advanced data analytics, and statistical modeling, while working autonomously and collaborating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Data Exploration and Analysis: Perform complex data analysis on both structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Identify best techniques to apply tailored to the data characteristics.</li><li>Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, from initial concept to production-ready solutions.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define the scope of projects, deliver data-driven solutions, and improve decision-making processes.</li><li>Data Pipeline: Work closely with the data engineering teams to design data pipelines and monitoring to support our model in a production environment.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to both technical and business audiences, translating complex technical details into clear, actionable recommendations.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.</li><li>6-10 years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python, including main DS and ML libraries and frameworks.
