Working closely with the different supply chain functions (Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics…) you will contribute to and lead initiatives to manage supply chain data  and enable new process capabilities into our Systems.<ul><li>Record and Manage Specific Supply chain data in Archer ERP system.</li><li>Reconcile and analyze data to ensure completeness of information in the ERP system</li><li>Understand business and cross-functional requirements related to supply chain data and ensure master data accuracy across departments </li><li>Analyze Supply chain data and assist with operational reporting needs</li><li>Develop metrics and dashboards in Archer reporting solutions</li><li>Ensure the proper migration of Supply chain data from legacy system to new ERP system</li><li>Assist with new ERP capability implementation for the supply chain processes</li><li>Organize and Lead small capabilities improvements projects (Processes/methodologies, automations, collaborative workflows), in relation with other functions and solution providers</li><li>Document functional requirements, pain points and model business processes </li><li>Define specific data models for reporting databases and qualify solutions.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>3+ years of relevant work experience  (Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management)</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply chain, Industrial Engineering or IT</li><li>Master’s degree to be considered as 1 year of relevant work experience </li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, especially in data governance and analytics (supporting core ERP capabilities: FICO, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production Planning)</li><li>Experience in using and developing collaborative Workflow solutions (JIRA, OnBase…)</li><li>Experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Qlik Sense…</li><li>Ability to query data using SQL</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment </li><li>Highly organized with an strong attention to detail</li><li>Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>APICS/ASCM certificate or certification or similar</li><li>Experience in managing (data entry and Analytics) SAP data for MM and PP modules </li><li>Experience in developing automated solutions on office applications (Google, MS Office) using VBA, Apps scripts or similar</li><li>Supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience in Industry with complex Bill of Material (especially with configuration management)</li><li>Experience in process and data modeling (BPMN, EPC, UML…)</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
