You will join a team of highly motivated people that are passionate about creating robust designs using the latest technology and finding optimised results for our new generation of battery packs in order to support the aircraft program.You will be responsible for design and development of the Aircraft Charge HV distribution system, power distribution units, and design the electro-mechanical integration within the battery system.What you'll do<ul style=""><li>Responsible for the CAD HV design architecture, components and battery HV system integration using CATIA V6 and 3DX PLM.</li><li>Responsible for the Design and electro-mechanical integration of the Charge Power distribution system.</li><li>Perform analysis of functional, behavioural and performance requirements.</li><li>Work on Trade studies, related with weight estimations.</li><li>Design system electrical drawings, harnesses and interfaces.</li><li>Design Power distribution units, Electronics bays.</li><li>Electronics integration within the Aircraft.</li><li>Prepare documents, from design concepts to detailed electronic (CAD/3D) Drawings.</li><li>Electrical system FMEA</li><li>Support system fault-tree analysis</li></ul> What you'll bring<ul style=""><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering</li><li>Extensive experience in Product engineering design and development</li><li>Experience designing Electrical diagrams drawings in CATIA</li><li>Experience with Harness development 2D and 3D in CATIA</li><li>Proficiency with 3DX/CATIA design</li><li>Knowledge of clearance and creepage rules</li><li>Very strong Mechanical background in statics, vibration, material selection</li><li>Strong background in bus-bar design thermal sizing</li><li>Knowledge of battery pack design</li><li>Strong background designing power distribution units</li><li>Experience with Electronics PCBA mechanical integration</li><li>Railway, Automotive or Aerospace development design processes</li><li>Strong technical project management skills and support management level presentations and project overviews</li><li>Experience with requirements management</li></ul>Desirable:<ul style=""><li>Experience with eVTOL or electric aircraft</li><li>Knowledge of safety-critical, fault-tolerant design for electrical aerospace systems</li></ul>What can you expect from us?We're on a mission.
