AECOM is seeking a Traffic Intern to be based in Murray, Utah.This position is expected to begin in May 2026.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.</li><li>Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded leaning experience within transportation engineering.</li><li>Interns in traffic operations will perform VISSIM and Synchro traffic modeling and be trained in operational analysis.</li><li>Projects may require a crash history analysis using safety performance functions and crash modification factors, using methods like the Highway Safety Manual.</li><li>Interns interested in transportation design will utilized MicroStation and Civil 3D AutoCAD for design of roadways, trails, or light rail projects.</li></ul>
