This role requires a high degree of technical expertise and the ability to operate without direct supervision, often traveling to customer sites. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide support in the startup and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment systems</li><li>Review control narratives and work with integration teams to ensure equipment is operated as intended</li><li>Provide training to customers in equipment operations and processes</li><li>Organize, review and interpret data from customer's plants for process control and improvement</li><li>Communicate technical and commercial issues</li><li>40% travel to customer sites</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>BS/BA degree in Engineering</li><li>3-5 years of experience in process engineering</li><li>Water and wastewater experience is a plus</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain clearance to drive a company provided vehicle.</li><li>Experience in installation, start up, operation and maintenance of industrial wastewater treatment equipment is preferred</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement</li><li>A self-starter, capable of working independently</li><li>Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions</li></ul>Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position#LI-JO2Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
