You will manage and is responsible for the demand market &amp; demand side budget for Power Grid Division including third party sales, internal sales, and channels, manage and is responsible for the Power Grids Division demand-side budget of Vietnam, ensure proper coverage in the market covering Renewable Energy segment, develop the “Power Generation” market for PGGI in Vietnam.</li><li>You will develop business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams, participate in the budgeting process, including preparing the Market Information (Total Market, Available Market, Offered Market, Demand Budget, etc as per Hitachi Energy MAP Tools &amp; guidelines), coordinate lifecycle marketing and ensure effective execution in the local market, coordinate and support the factories’/supplying units’ sales and marketing activities.</li><li>You will oversee the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies, produce monthly and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progress, ensure local sales teams are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditation, work together with Global Sales Marketing, Hub Sales &amp; Marketing and Marketing Communication (Global, Hub &amp; Local) for planning and implementation of marketing activities.</li><li>In line with the sales team strategy will manage and develop appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts, serve as escalation point for questions and issues, and collect customer feedback and input, ensure proposals are developed and approved to enable negotiations, oversee quotations to promote optimal outcome, ensure all status update and documentation are accurately tracked in appropriate systems, take local responsibility for the Business Units mix and maintains the accuracy of data for project pipeline and orders received forecast and competitive feedback.</li><li>You will organizes and promotes after sales service activities, ensure appropriate order handling of products/systems/services, ensure contracts are appropriately managed with adherence to payment terms, ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.</li><li>You will lead, drive and hold itself accountable for the highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure Zero Harm is achieved, responsible for compliance with relevant HSE policy and procedures, ensuring proactive risk assessments take place and corrective actions monitored/followed up, build an injury, incident, near miss and hazard reporting culture within your team, guaranteeing reported incidents will be investigated and action taken, create a workplace where everyone views health, safety and environment as the most important non-negotiable value of your business. </li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>You have a degree in Engineering.
