If you’re looking for a role where your work directly contributes to financing the clean energy transition, we’d love to talk.</div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will</h3><ul><li>Support the underwriting of renewable infrastructure projects by analyzing credit, sponsor, and asset-level risks</li><li>Assist in evaluating transaction structures, key project documents, and financial models</li><li>Build and maintain project finance models in Excel to assess cash flows and deal performance</li><li>Conduct due diligence on project sponsors, counterparties, and financiers</li><li>Prepare internal memos summarizing key deal terms and risk factors for underwriting committee review</li><li>Collaborate with underwriters and capital markets professionals to support deal execution</li><li>Gain exposure to credit insurance, risk transfer, and the capital formation process for energy assets</li></ul><h3>An ideal candidate will have</h3><ul><li>Strong interest in renewable energy, finance, or risk management</li><li>A problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling experience is a major plus)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>A desire to work in a small team environment and take initiative</li><li>Enthusiasm for learning every aspect of project finance underwriting from due diligence to deal structuring</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Current undergraduate student (junior or senior preferred) or recent graduate</li><li>Concentration in finance, economics, engineering, data analytics, or related field</li><li>Prior coursework or experience in project finance, renewable energy, or corporate finance is a plus—but not required</li></ul><br><div><b>Why Energetic Capital?</b></div><div><br></div><div>Energetic Capital is an underwriter focused on enabling the deployment of commercial and industrial renewable infrastructure.
