<div>Last Energy seeks a commercially focused professional with power or energy sector experience to help drive capital formation, investor engagement, and project-level financial initiatives. This role will support key strategic financing efforts and gradually take ownership of end-to-end commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across investors and partners.</div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support project capital raising activities, including relationship management, investor due diligence and outreach efforts </li><li>Oversee and refine project financial models, including plant cost models, working closely with engineering and finance teams</li><li>Support and eventually lead dedicated project-level capital raises (development facilities, grants, and project finance)</li><li>Execute special commercial initiatives from structuring to close</li><li>Collaborate across departments to align financial, technical, and strategic objectives</li></ul><h3></h3><ul><li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial, financial, or investment roles within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both investors and technical stakeholders</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple dynamic projects</li><li>Comfortable operating in a high-growth, startup-style environment that requires initiative and adaptability</li><li>Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK</li></ul><br>
