This position supports production by preparing, packaging, and staging raw materials and components into complete kits for manufacturing or shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Accurately pull and package materials and components into kits according to production schedules and specifications</li><li>Record material movements and transactions within the ERP system (e.g., Infor CloudSuite/Syteline)</li><li>Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and document returned materials</li><li>Inspect materials and kits for quality, accuracy, and defects prior to release</li><li>Transport packaged kits and finished goods safely to designated production or shipping areas</li><li>Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area while following all PPE and safety protocols</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Basic math and computer skills; ability to record transactions accurately in inventory systems</li><li>Ability to read and follow written instructions in English</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods</li><li>Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
