This role is critical to our mission of creating a cost-effective and commercially viable fusion energy solution.You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining comprehensive digital design tools for our stellarator plant, including a system design model. These tools will serve as a central platform for understanding plant behavior, exploring design trade-offs, identifying key cost drivers, and ultimately optimizing plant design for minimal cost while maintaining performance and safety. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicists and engineers to ensure the team has full visibility into the complex interactions within the stellarator system and its subsystems. The effort will be guided by our Senior Integrated Plant Modeling Engineer.
