You will focus on supporting project development in the renewable energy sector. You will play a key role in drafting and negotiating solar leases, SNDAs, easements, and memos of lease while providing critical legal advice to the Business Development team and leadership. This role requires a proactive legal professional who will thrive in a collaborative environment with numerous Solar Landscape departments, involving development, construction, financing, operation, and ownership of commercial and community solar assets.
