In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance Technology and will guide the strategy for our financial planning and analytics technology.This is a key leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset. You will lead the evolution of our Anaplan platform and help shape the broader data strategy for the FinTech team. Your work will directly enable our Finance teams with the speed and insight needed to make critical business decisions that drive Lime's mission forward.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Lead the technical strategy and vision for our Anaplan platform and the broader financial analytics technology stack.</li><li>Design, build, and guide the development of complex, cross-functional financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.</li><li>Develop and implement advanced forecasting models and data-driven insights, potentially using statistical and machine learning techniques.</li><li>Develop and champion best practices for Anaplan model-building, integrated planning, and performance optimization.</li><li>Partner closely with senior FP&amp;A and business leaders to understand strategic needs and translate them into a scalable finance technology roadmap.</li><li>Mentor and support other modelers and analysts on the team, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to define and govern the data pipelines that feed our financial models and reporting.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>Deep experience in financial systems, with hands-on, advanced Anaplan architecture and model-building skills.</li><li>A strong track record of designing and building complex, scaled financial models from the ground up.</li><li>A solid understanding of data architecture principles and experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with and present to senior leadership.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and modeling.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Anaplan L3 Model Builder certification.</li><li>Hands-on experience building or deploying forecasting or predictive models, perhaps using ML tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting.</li><li>Experience with a BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Experience integrating AI/ML into Finance processes &amp; data</li></ul>What We Offer<ul style=""><li>Comprehensive Health &amp; Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans, with Lime covering 100% of the employee-only premium for many plans.
