Your work will directly support projects that aim to make communities more connected, sustainable, and efficient.About You The Social and Market Research team collects views from members of the public, businesses and organisations through questionnaires administered by a variety of methods including face-to-face interviewing at people’s homes, on street, at stops and stations, online and postal surveys.  The data we collect is used to help our clients in their decision making and guide policy planning.We are looking for a self-motivated individual to assist with all aspects of data collection including, organising fieldwork activities, supporting fieldworkers to ensure they have the equipment needed, tracking KPIs and ensuring fieldworkers adhere to health and safety regulations and quality guidelines.Although most weeks the successful candidate will be able to do hybrid working (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home) and we offer flexible working arrangements, there will be occasions where a project may require staff to be in the office 5 days a week and occasional weekends.
