Responsibilities:Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.Develops the details of objectives, scope, dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all GTAA Lift programsResponsible for the successful execution of the trials plan Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes
