This leader will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, controls, and performance management for the segment.Direct reports include the Director of Finance – Pratt Miller and the Controllers for each of the three business units: Defense, Motorsports, and Mobility.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.The Senior Director of Finance will lead and influence across functional, operational, and business unit teams to deliver on the following key responsibilities:– Partner with the Pratt Miller CEO and executive leadership team to co-develop and execute strategies that align with the segment’s innovation and enterprise objectives.– Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and Oshkosh Corporation policies.– Direct the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.– Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A), budgeting, and forecasting for the segment.– Collaborate with Oshkosh Corporation and corporate finance peers to implement best practices and standardize processes.– Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial discipline, cost management, and operational excellence across programs.
