As a Procurement Analyst within our Direct Materials Procurement team, you will support the analysis, negotiation, and procurement of direct materials for a defined set of commodities. You’ll play a critical role in executing and refining commodity strategies that align with corporate goals for total landed cost reduction, supply assurance, and operational excellence. This role demands strategic supplier management, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuous improvement in sourcing performance across a multi-plant environment. The job reports to the Director – Direct Material Procurement and targets supporting certain commodities and commodity managers.This position is eligible to be included in Clarios’ Procurement rotation program offering rotating 1-year roles within Direct Material Procurement, Logistics Procurement, Indirect &amp; IT procurement &amp; Global Logistics management.This position’s tentative start is June 2026.What You Will Do<ul><li>Analyze historical and current spend data to identify cost savings, consolidation, and efficiency opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track procurement performance, savings initiatives, and compliance metrics.</li><li>Build total cost of ownership (TCO) and should-cost models to support supplier selection and business case development.</li><li>Monitor market trends, price indices, and cost drivers to inform procurement decisions.</li><li>Help manage supplier relationships, including tracking KPIs and addressing basic supplier issues.</li><li>In subsequent rotations in Logistics Procurement, Indirect &amp; IT Procurement, and Global Logistics.
