This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial processes, including statutory reporting, and ERP system management.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Look after all the administrative and accounting processes (invoicing, intercompany reconciliations, month-end and year-end journals, accruals, payroll journals, assets bookkeeping, etc.) performed by the team, included periodical check of VAT books, payments of F24 modules and electronic invoicing;</li><li>Supervise monthly closing activities and payments process;</li><li>Preparation of accurate and timely quarterly reporting packages under IFRS for group purposes;</li><li>Draw up the statutory financial statements under OIC;</li><li>Maintain all the mandatory books: Inventory Book, Asset Register in accordance with law and regulations;</li><li>Guarantee that all the periodical tax requirements have been properly fulfilled working in coordination with the Tax Department;</li><li>Keep track of changes in tax, accounting and business requirements and adapt the accounting framework accordingly;</li><li>Support the right implementation of new tools, including automatization of certain processes, to simplify day-by-day activities;</li><li>Resolve various issues with suppliers, land-owners, municipalities such as communication of the Company data changes and requests related to payments confirmation and processing,</li><li>Cooperate with the team to guarantee compliance and accuracy in internal process;</li><li>Collaborate with the other Finance and Technical Departments to reach overall department goals and objectives;</li><li>Assist the Internal and External Auditors during the periodical audit activities;</li><li>Manage the cash needs of the companies in scope supporting the local teams and other central staff functions in the preparation of the monthly cash flow forecast;</li><li>Support in the implementation of the Group ERP acting as point of contact between the local central team dedicated to the implementation of the ERP and local accountants;</li><li>Management of the general chart of accounts of the ERP accounting systems;</li><li>Management of the cross-border processes of the ERP</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Fluent in English and Italian</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and OIC standards</li><li>Experience with ERP systems</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination skills</li><li>Clear and effective communication style</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to change</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Master’s degree in Economics</li></ul>Location:Milano - MartesanaTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:Regular
