This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.</li><li>Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.</li><li>Develop quick-change options for changeovers.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.</li><li>Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.</li><li>Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.</li><li>Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required.</li><li>Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.</li><li>Basic problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Work Hours and Pay:<ul><li>Starting Pay: $28.79 per hour</li><li>12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48 hour work weeks)</li></ul><h2>What's In It for You:</h2>At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
