Review quotes for completeness with established plans and specifications. </li><li>Prior to the issuing of formal bid packages, provide a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package. </li><li>After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with Project team to fully explain the estimate, scope of work, quotes and offer aspects for the successful transition of the project. </li><li>Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents. </li></ul><ul><li>Draft scope letter inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimate figures. </li><li>Collaborate with field teams to identify areas for potential cost savings.</li><li>Supervise and train estimating staff as appropriate.</li></ul>Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Minimum 3 years electrical estimating or directly related experience.</li><li>Ability to understand substation, transmission and switchyard, energy storage and electrical design and components, their purpose and use.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel.
