The Strategy Execution Director plays a key role in shaping the future of the consumer finance business, ensuring scalable growth, operational excellence, and a competitive market position.</span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Advisor:</b> Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand partner to the Head of Business Solutions, helping to define and execute business strategy. Work with Head of Business Solutions to manage the strategic planning process and monitor performance against the plan on an ongoing basis. Serve as a decision-making proxy for the Head of Business Solutions when needed.</li><li><b>Risk Strategist:</b> Identify key business risks and opportunities within the business, proactively driving initiatives to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth. Lead execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue, product strategy, and growth.</li><li><b>Portfolio Manager:</b> Run the portfolio of strategic initiatives end-to-end charters, timelines, RAID logs, stakeholder cadence, and executive readouts. Unblock execution across Product, Credit/Risk, Capital Markets, Operations, Sales/BD, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Servicing. Drive new product commercialization for loans, leases, and PPAs.</li><li><b>Business Analyst:</b> Use data-driven methodologies to continuously assess the business and identify inefficiencies and process improvements and implement solutions.
