This role will focus on systems such as Asset Performance Management (APM), Factory Information &amp; Analytics, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will act as a product owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams—from plant operations to senior leadership—to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive successful implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions.</p><hr><h3><strong>You Will</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project management for Ignition Perspective-based solutions across manufacturing systems.</li><li>Define and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.</li><li>Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.</li><li>Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of MES, CMMS, APM, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Ensure alignment of project goals with broader Industry 4.0 strategies and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.</li><li>Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices in manufacturing systems integration.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>You Have</strong></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in technical project management within manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Ignition Core Certification (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of MES, CMMS, OEE, downtime reporting, and factory analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, including IIoT, edge computing, and smart manufacturing.</li><li>Experience acting as a product manager or owner for technical platforms.</li><li>Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project tracking and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable development plans.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>8+ years in technical project management and relevant manufacturing systems.</li><li>Proven experience with the Ignition platform and its core modules.</li><li>Strong understanding of SCADA/HMI systems and industrial automation protocols (OPC/UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).</li><li>Prior experience in Automotive Manufacturing with knowledge of OEE, MTTR, MTFB, and other performance metrics.</li><li>Experience in SAP integrations, REST API connectivity, and SQL query development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.</li></ul></li></ul></div><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
