This dual-role position is responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and compliant written materials that advance learning outcomes and support business growth. As part of the Learning &amp; Development team, the Technical Writer will collaborate with subject-matter experts, instructional designers, engineers, and program managers to develop training guides, e-learning and instructional materials for Capella’s workforce.
