<ul><li>Effectively execution of the Projects with in time lines and budget.</li><li>Project planning and control, Material planning and indenting, Material control &amp; reconciliation</li><li>Process planning and Liaison with subcontractors, Production control and Better utilization of resources.</li><li>Design reviews for manufacturing feasibility and manufacturing friendly</li><li>Identification and manufacturing of Fixtures and devices for manufacturing and manufacturing instructions for critical process.</li><li>Instrumental in setting up good quality supplier base to ensure cost effective and timely procurement.</li><li>Identification and selection of vendors, following up to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Identification of new &amp; better space saving techniques, methods of goods identification, storage, and movement.</li><li>Development of alternate source ensuring continuity of supply consistency of quality &amp; competitive price.</li><li>Supplier evaluation through various objective performance measurements including time delivery, quality and price.</li><li>Action / budgeted plan for complete project assembly wise</li><li>Preparation of project planned cost sheet and monitoring of project costs highlighting possibilities of cost over run.</li><li>Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan.</li><li>Planning the activities, monitoring progress and appraising thru generation of defined reports.</li><li>Central coordinator to integrate various functions like procurement, implementation teams, finance etc.</li><li>Implementation of system at the receiving end for the proper identification of the material.</li><li><strong>Maintaining of inventory levels to minimum required stock.</strong></li></ul>
