This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and delivering competitive compensation programs aligned with company goals.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract workers. Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions to meet established pay cycles</li><li>Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure accurate withholding, reporting, and compliance. Prepare and submit payroll tax reports, including W-2s, 1099s, and other required forms</li><li>Coordinate payroll deductions for employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely enrollment and changes in benefits</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, deductions, and personal information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive employee information</li><li>Administer and optimize the payroll processing system, ensuring it meets business needs and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or vendors to implement updates. Address inquiries and audits related to payroll and taxes</li><li>Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure benefits compliance</li><li>Work with HRBP to design and maintain a clear and well-defined salary structure that reflects job roles, responsibilities, and market rates</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's goals, culture, and industry benchmarks. Analyze market trends and industry data to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive and attractive</li><li>Communicate compensation policies, programs, and changes to employees in a clear and effective manner. Provide training and guidance to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Payroll/Compensation Manager or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.</li><li>Experience with payroll software and systems (ADP); proficiency in using HRIS and payroll processing software.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative compensation solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 + 15% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
