You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and our supply team (commercial &amp; operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling on refurbed effortless. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing our seller experience, ensuring that the seller side of our marketplace is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of the platform’s users.This is a highly strategic role where you’ll shape the way sellers interact with our platform—directly impacting seller success, buyer trust, and our marketplace growth.WHO YOU ARE:<ul><li>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketplace environment (ideally on the seller/vendor side).</li><li>Strong track record of building successful B2B or partner-facing products.</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g. APIs, data integrations) into clear requirements, business and user value.</li><li>Experience working closely with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs with confidence.</li><li>Demonstrable technical expertise: Proven experience working with key technologies and concepts such as APIs and integrations, file/CSV/feed uploads, and management interfaces. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with tech leads and UX; estimate impact on seller outcomes and company metrics.</li><li>Partner with engineers to build and define clear, versioned API requirements. Collaborate on developer experience (docs, sandbox), and improve reliability and performance.</li><li>Use experiments and controlled rollouts to validate changes; maintain high standards for stability and security.</li><li>Take a data-driven approach to measuring success, leverage AI tools, and use insights to iterate and de-risk decisions.</li><li>Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly our Supply department, and act as the voice of the seller within the organization, balancing business impact with seller satisfaction.
