You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and our supply team (commercial &amp; operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling on refurbed effortless. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with tech leads and UX; estimate impact on seller outcomes and company metrics.</li><li>Partner with engineers to build and define clear, versioned API requirements. Collaborate on developer experience (docs, sandbox), and improve reliability and performance.</li><li>Use experiments and controlled rollouts to validate changes; maintain high standards for stability and security.</li><li>Take a data-driven approach to measuring success, leverage AI tools, and use insights to iterate and de-risk decisions.</li><li>Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly our Supply department, and act as the voice of the seller within the organization, balancing business impact with seller satisfaction.
