<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed throughout project lifecycles.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholders, mapping their interests and influence</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships</li><li>Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans</li><li>Monitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levels</li><li>Develop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and databases</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder relationships</li><li>Represent the organization at industry events and forums to build and maintain stakeholder networks</li></ul>
