How you’ll make a differenceThis role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne and is offered as a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave. <ul><li>Drive the coordination and management of all resources across the bid lifecycle - ROI, tendering, interview preparation and debriefs to deliver high-quality, large and complex submissions.</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, persuasive messaging and compelling tender, proposal and capability content.</li><li>Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight timeframes, applying exceptional time management, project planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and compliant delivery.</li><li>Ensure all submissions reflect high editorial quality, client focus, commercial integrity and consistent alignment with AECOM brand and best-practice pursuit standards.</li><li>Collaboration across diverse teams, sharing knowledge, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency, and supporting colleagues to elevate their pursuit and proposal capabilities.</li></ul>
