If you are prepared to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, we look forward to considering your experience and qualifications.</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Onsite, Moses Lake, WA</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><ul><li>Create executive level status materials with the ability to summarize progress status to executive leadership.</li><li>Provide project readiness assessment at each stage of the project using established Organization Project Management (OPM) guidelines.</li><li>Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.</li><li>Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.</li><li>Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.</li><li>Manages Project Procurement from Spec to Delivery.</li><li>Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.</li><li>Manages projects from planning through delivery.</li><li>Identify interdependencies across projects, programs, products, and portfolios.</li><li>Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.</li><li>Communicates schedule and scope changes to all stakeholders.</li><li>Allocates resources, budgets, and effort hours to the projects. Adjust Resources when necessary, based on Project Priority and Resource Availability.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of related work experience including leading complex projects / program management objectives and people, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience with a direct role in manufacturing or production.</li><li>Experience working in a chemical manufacturing company, semi-conductor or high-tech (Prefer chemical background, experience &amp; four-year degree, or path to degree).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business base program or relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.</li><li>Highly skilled in developing, publishing, and presenting executive level slide decks and reports.
