This individual will be responsible for managing KCE's IT systems, including software, hardware, networks, and cloud systems. This position will oversee and/or perform testing, configuring, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems to meet the needs of the company. This role is posted at the Senior Associate level; however, candidates with extensive experience in IT management may be considered for a Manager-level role.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">IT Management<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Provide support for IT helpdesk requests.<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Establish IT operation standards, procedures, and tools in a complex and fast-growing environment.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Manage and maintain computer hardware and software inventories.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Identify risk, faults, or opportunities for improvements within our IT environment.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Site Operations<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">​​​​​​​Manage and execute site planning for ISP, and POD network equipment installation.<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">​​​​​​​Work with SCADA team for troubleshooting sites.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Document all site network configurations.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintain network hardware at all KCE sites.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Plan, document and coordinate all site IT projects with Operations Team.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Network Operations<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">​​​​​​​Manage and maintain WAN/LAN and wireless networks across all sites.<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">​​​​​​​Provide network support for all remote sites after hours.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Coordinate with 3rd party support for issues at remote sites.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Work closely with security team to keep network environment secure and remediate any findings.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintain 100% up time as much as possible.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Work with different vendors to evaluate network tools as needed.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:8px;">All other duties as required.</li></ul> WORK EXPERIENCE &amp; REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems, networking and cloud technologies.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Good communication skills.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Knowledge of endpoint and network security systems.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Proven experience delivering time-pressured projects on-time and with high quality.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ability to work in and manage a small team.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul> Physical Requirements: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;margin-bottom:4px;">Prolonged periods of working at a computer.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;margin-bottom:4px;">Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;margin-bottom:4px;">Must have the ability to identify and distinguish colors.</li></ul> </div>
