Join us in helping partners plan better public transport!This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, internally referred to as “Partner Success Associate Principal”What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage and develop partner relationships with public sector transportation agencies, operators, and cities in the DACH region, and beyond.</li><li>Become an expert on the Remix platform, train partners and turn their feedback into actionable product improvements.</li><li>Conduct the onboarding experience, lead trainings and workshops for our products, and facilitate the success and retention of our partners by serving as their primary point of contact.</li><li>Advise partners on leveraging their geospatial datasets and best practices to maximize the value of Remix.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with internal teams to define, coordinate, and oversee all commercial and technical aspects required to provide exceptional service to our partners.</li><li>Promote best practices and new ways for partners to leverage our platform and solutions, growing partner usage, and enabling partner success.</li><li>Manage product expectations and development, working with our product team to distill requests and ideas into actionable next steps and technology features.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in the public transport/mobility space</li><li>Communicate effectively in both German (native-level) and English (fluent).
