You'll balance hands-on technical work with high-level planning, similar to a CTO within your product’s scope. We believe great leaders are deeply involved in the craft while fostering collaboration and team success. Your primary goal is to build, ship, and maintain a suite of world-class products. Given our product’s technical nature, you’re expected to be highly engaged on the product side. Ultimately, the team’s success is your responsibility building and maintaining a strong team is key.
